Mission Rubber MPE 50 Elbow Coupling - designed for use with plain ended pipe to create a 90-degree flexible bend in sewerage, drainage and plumbing applications. Ideal for confined areas. It can connect to new and traditional plumbing pipes (O/D 40-50mm) without the need for special tools, making it ideal for emergency replacements or repair. This elbow is manufactured from EPDM rubber with 300 series corrosion resistant stainless steel end clamps. The new “locked-in-place†profile ensures end clamps remains securely in place.Flexible rubber fittings are ideal for joining plastic drainage pipes to other drainage materials such as clay, concrete, twinwall, stainless steel, cast iron and pitch fibre. The Unique “Lock In Place†Rubber Profile ensures clamps and shear band are properly positioned and remain firmly in place during transit, stocking or installation on site. Internal stepped sealing lines achieve a better sealing effect and additional EPDM sealing material can be compressed through sealing lines - giving special advantage for sewer pipes with rough surfaces e.g. concrete pipes.
